Return & Refund Policy

1. Return of Goods of Proper Quality
In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, biologically active supplements (dietary supplements) are classified as food products and are not subject to return or exchange if they are of proper quality.

2. Return of Goods of Improper Quality
You are entitled to a return or exchange if:

  • the packaging was damaged upon receipt;

  • the product has expired;

  • the product has other defects not related to improper storage or use by the customer.

In such cases, we guarantee:

  • a replacement with an identical product (subject to availability); or

  • a refund of the amount paid.

3. Return Period
A request for a return or exchange of goods of improper quality must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date the order is received.

4. Required Documents and Evidence
To process a return or refund, please provide:

  • a receipt or electronic order confirmation;

  • photos of the product clearly showing the identified defect.

5. How to Initiate a Return
You may contact us using any convenient method:

Please include your order number, contact details, and a description of the issue.

6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a product defect or improper quality, all return shipping costs are covered by the store.

In all other cases, returns are not possible (see Section 1).

7. Refunds
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days after the product is received and inspected.
